Morning Crampers!

Take a look at this crazy leg cramp:

What the HECK is going on here???

Well, think about it, when do cramps come up?

You’re lying in your bed in the morning or something…

And you give a big…

But then…

Yeah… they usually happen after a morning stretch or lots of physical activity.

But why? 

Well, as you may know, your body has muscles…

And they can expand and contract.

Thanks to nerve signals sent from the brain.

Allowing us to… do stuff like…

Walking:

Groovying:

And lifting weights:

But there's a problem! 

Sometimes these nerve signals come in hard and fast due to dehydration, over exercise, under exercise, or just getting old.

So these nerve signals come in All at once!

Causing muscle fibers to all contract uncontrollably.

Aka a cramp!

But don't worry…

They usually only last like 7 seconds.
